The fees cover recordal of license/registered user for one mark in one class in 12 (ARIPO Banjul Protocol) Member States.
The fees cover OAPI search for one trademark in up to three (3) classes.
Each additional class (from three) will be charged US$150.00.
Our charges include normal prosecution of one trade mark search in one class and preliminary advice.
